{"id":5259,"date":"2020-01-23T09:18:18","date_gmt":"2020-01-23T08:18:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dimassa.becomdemo2.com\/move-it\/il-prses-la-figura-chiave-per-la-sicurezza-del-reparto-logistico\/"},"modified":"2021-02-12T15:47:44","modified_gmt":"2021-02-12T14:47:44","slug":"prses-the-key-figure-in-the-logistics-department","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/www.dimassasrl.com\/en\/move-it\/prses-the-key-figure-in-the-logistics-department\/","title":{"rendered":"PRSES: the key figure in the logistics department"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The tasks of this important figure make it possible to<b> keep the logistics department in line with the regulations in force and to comply with safety standards<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The PRSES must <b>know the nature of all the activities carried out within the warehouse <\/b>and the dangers associated with them on the basis of a risk assessment, and <b>take precautions to avoid or limit these dangers <\/b>by means of instructions and\/or signs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">In addition, he is responsible for <b>contacting the equipment experts for any maintenance and safety issues<\/b>, taking part to the necessary training to maintain facilities and machinery in a safe state of operation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Warehouse inspections must be carried out periodically by an expert validator, starting with the equipment on the ground, i.e. the most exposed to damage, unless there are indications of specific problems that require verification. <b>The frequency of inspections must be determined by the PRSES within a maximum of 12 months <\/b>on the basis of factors relating to the operating methods, the size of the warehouse, the equipment used and the personnel involved.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">As soon as a problem or damage is detected by an operator, <b>it must be reported immediately to the PRSES<\/b>.
