{"id":4857,"date":"2019-05-16T15:24:29","date_gmt":"2019-05-16T13:24:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dimassa.becomdemo2.com\/?post_type=news&#038;p=4857"},"modified":"2021-02-09T13:40:17","modified_gmt":"2021-02-09T12:40:17","slug":"updates-on-important-incentives-for-your-logistic-solutions","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/www.dimassasrl.com\/en\/move-it\/updates-on-important-incentives-for-your-logistic-solutions\/","title":{"rendered":"Updates on \u201ciper ammortamento\u201d and \u201csuper ammortamento\u201d: important incentives for your logistic solutions"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>\u201cIper ammortamento\u201d<\/b> and <b>\u201csuper ammortamento\u201d<\/b> are the basis of the Industry 4.0 plan: through these important incentives, companies that invest in technologies for digital innovation are rewarded. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The \u201ciper ammortamento\u201d guarantees an <b>increase of up to 170%<\/b> <b>(2019 Finance Act)<\/b> <b>in the value of the capital goods to be depreciated<\/b>, thus making it possible to reduce the taxable amount for IRES (corporate income tax) and IRPEF (personal income tax).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The <b>automated warehouses<\/b> interconnected to the management systems are part of the <b>capital goods<\/b> indicated in the guidelines of \u201ciper ammortamento\u201d, so<b> it\u2019s the perfect time to decide to renovate your logistic system and get important economic incentives<\/b>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The following are the<b> three rates <\/b>that have been introduced for investments made starting from 01\/01\/2019: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>170%<\/b> for investments <b>up to 2.5 million euro <\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>100%<\/b> for investments <b>up to 10 million euro <\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>50%<\/b> for investments <b>up to 20 million euro<\/b> <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>\u201cSuper ammortamento\u201d offers the possibility of increasing by 30% (in the case of the purchase of technologically advanced goods, by 40%) the deduction due for capital goods. <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The <b>2019 Budget Law<\/b> extended the <b>possibility of using the 40% benefit on the purchase cost of technologically advanced intangible assets<\/b>: this tax break is the so-called \u201csuper ammortamento of 40%\u201d, and is reserved for those who also benefit from \u201ciper ammortamento\u201d. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">This benefit shall cover <b>investments made by 31 December 2020 at the latest<\/b>, provided that by 31 December 2019: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">the binding order of the goods has been placed <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">a deposit of at least 20% has been paid<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b><a href=\"\/en\/contacts\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Contact us now<\/a> for more information. <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Sources:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\"><b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.laleggepertutti.it\/271788_iper-ammortamento-e-super-ammortamento-acquisti-2019#Super_ammortamento_2019\">https:\/\/www.laleggepertutti.it\/271788_iper-ammortamento-e-super-ammortamento-acquisti-2019#Super_ammortamento_2019<\/a><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s2\"><b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.reteagevolazioni.it\/iperammortamento-2019\/\">https:\/\/www.reteagevolazioni.it\/iperammortamento-2019\/<\/a><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":4859,"menu_order":0,"template":"single-news.php","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"categorie_news":[201],"class_list":["post-4857","news","type-news","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","categorie_news-news-en"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.0 -
