Request<\/b><\/h3>\n

Faster response times in terms of stock and optimization of personnel management<\/b>: these are the goals that a major food&beverage company has asked our team to achieve.<\/span><\/p>\n

Its need was to concentrate the distribution of different production centers in a single logistics hub <\/b>to optimize shipping, control and logistics.<\/span><\/p>\n

Project development<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n

After analysing the situation, we immediately proposed an offer with a very competitive quality-time ratio<\/b>, which allowed us to distinguish ourselves from our competitors and be selected by the company as a partner for this project<\/b>. <\/span><\/p>\n

First, we carried out the Efficient Warehouse audit<\/b>. Our staff worked with a very skilled technical team<\/b>: working with such a great staff we were able to make the most of our skills<\/b> to clearly identify the aspects to be optimized<\/b>. <\/span><\/p>\n

Our project was developed on the basis of an analysis of all the elements necessary for the reorganization of logistics<\/b>: <\/span><\/p>\n

  • data collection and analysis by our engineers <\/span><\/li>\n
  • analysis of existing procedures and logistical structures already in use<\/li>\n
  • check of warehouse stocks and movements<\/li>\n
  • examination of internal and external processing<\/li>\n
  • identification of parameters for product classification <\/span><\/li>\n
  • performance analysis required by customers <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Through our detailed report we could defined an effective<\/b> solution<\/b>, as well as the optimization of all the logistic dynamics<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Customer benefits<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n

    In just one month, we were able to merge the distribution of several production centres into a single logistics hub and significantly improve the warehouse management<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n
