Problem

Depositing and picking up loads on double-sided racking is a critical process that brings with it warehouse risks

• Improper positioning of the ULD on the racking;
• Damage to goods adjacent to the racking;
• Pushing LUs placed on adjacent racking.

Solution

Wedge stops

The function of the wedge stops is to stop the ULD at a predefined distance during the pallet deposit phases in the storage systems. They resist the thrust of the pallet and serve to prevent adjacent load units from falling or being knocked over in the event of incorrect manoeuvring of the lifting equipment.
