Problem

Depositing and picking loads on racking is a critical process that brings with it warehouse risks

• Improper positioning of the ULD on the racking;
• Damage to walls/goods adjacent to the racking;
• Pushing ULDs placed on adjacent racking.

Solution

Pallet stops

Their function is to stop the ULD at a predefined distance while pallets are being deposited in storage systems. The positioning profiles resist the thrust of the pallet and are used to prevent the pallet and/or adjacent load units from falling or being knocked over.

Unlike wedge stops, pallet stops are also used for single-sided racking; they are available for all types of pallet racking and LIFO systems.
