Faster response times in terms of stock and optimization of personnel management: these are the goals that a major food&beverage company has asked our team to achieve.

Its need was to concentrate the distribution of different production centers in a single logistics hub to optimize shipping, control and logistics.

Project development

After analysing the situation, we immediately proposed an offer with a very competitive quality-time ratio, which allowed us to distinguish ourselves from our competitors and be selected by the company as a partner for this project.

First, we carried out the Efficient Warehouse audit. Our staff worked with a very skilled technical team: working with such a great staff we were able to make the most of our skills to clearly identify the aspects to be optimized.

Our project was developed on the basis of an analysis of all the elements necessary for the reorganization of logistics:

• data collection and analysis by our engineers
• analysis of existing procedures and logistical structures already in use
• check of warehouse stocks and movements
• examination of internal and external processing
• identification of parameters for product classification
• performance analysis required by customers

Through our detailed report we could defined an effective solution, as well as the optimization of all the logistic dynamics.
